A) IBO REGISTRATION

You must be an individual of 18 years old and above and sponsored by an existing BE IBO.

To proceed with new IBO registration, IBO must go through eKYC verification process. The mandatory document such as Identity card, passport, or a driving license of the residing country is compulsory. You may Click Here for further information.

Please refer to the information below for registration fees. Upon registration, IBO will receive a sales kit.

B) UPDATE PROFILE, PASSWORD AND PIN NUMBER

Email and mailing address can be updated in your [Profile] by clicking on the [Update Profile] icon in the BE4U application or through our BOS website.

However, other information or details such as identity card number/ passport number, bank account number, MPay (ManagePay Systems – refer to point [H] below) and etc., can only be changed by login to our Customer Support System (CSS), request for changes by providing supporting documents such as copy of Identity card, bank passbook or statement, MPay card and etc. in our BOS website (https://be4u.beintl.com/ibo/).

  1. Go to [Profile]
  2. Click [ Update Profile]
  3. Enter your [MPay Registration Mobile Telephone number], [MPay Registration NRIC/ Passport number], MPay Master Prepaid Card Number] & [ Card Expiry Date]

The given MPay details must be accurate with the information provided to MPAY during your MPay registration.

Kindly follow steps as below:
  1. Go to [Setting]
  2. Select [Change Password]
  3. Enter [Current Password] & [New Password]
  4. Enter one more time of your new password in [Confirm New password]
  5. Click [Submit]
  1. In the main page, click [Forget Password?].
  2. Enter your IBO Code and email address
  3. Click [Submit]

If I forgot my password, what should I do?

  1. Go to [Setting]
  2. Select [Change eWallet PIN]
  3. Enter [Current eWallet PIN] & [New eWallet PIN]
  4. Enter one more time your new PIN number in [Confirm New eWallet PIN]
  5. Click [Submit]

C) BONUS & E-WALLET

  • Bonuses will be issued and credited into either IBO’s BE authorized Bank Account, IBO BE e-Wallet (hereinafter referred to as “eWallet”), or MPay account only.
  • If the bank account provided is incorrect, the bonus would be credited to IBO’s BE eWallet account.
  • If you have a MPay Card and wish to receive bonus with MPay, please provide the accurate information below to BE:
    1. MPay Registered Mobile Telephone Number.
    2. MPay Registered IC/Passport Number.
    3. MPay MasterCard Prepaid Card Number.
    4. MPay MasterCard Prepaid Card Expiry Date.

You may check your updated monthly bonus detail by logging into our system, select [Bonus] and [Bonus Statement] to view your monthly bonus record.

There are usually 2 reasons:

  • Bonus amount is less than RM50/SGD20/BND50/HKD100/IDR200,000;
  • The bank / MPAY (if any) information given is incomplete or inaccurate.

Your bank account’s name, identity card/passport number, or other bank account information must be the same information registered with BE.

Malaysia IBO may choose to top up via bank transfer or online banking (FPX) transfer while Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, and Indonesia IBO can only top-up via bank transfer.

a) For Online Banking Transfer (FPX), kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Login to BE4U/BOS
  2. Click on [eWallet] and click [eWallet Top up]
  3. Key in your IBO ID and click [Next]
  4. Select [FPX]
  5. Enter amount (number only, without the currency code)
  6. Enter remark
  7. Click [Submit]
  8. Select your preferred bank and click [Proceed]. The system will divert to the bank’s system to complete the process

You will be able to see the amount in your eWallet immediately after completing the process.

b) For Bank Transfer, kindly follow the steps below:
(Please make sure you have bank in the desired top-up amount into BE bank account)

  1. Login to BE4U/BOS
  2. Click on [eWallet] and click [eWallet Top Up]
  3. Key in your IBO ID and click [Next]
  4. Select [Bank]
  5. Click [Upload File] in the Upload box
  6. Select [Camera], [File] or [Gallery] to submit your bank in slip.
  7. Enter amount (number only, without the currency code) & remark
  8. Click [Submit]
  9. A summary page will pop up for your confirmation. Click [YES] to proceed.

You will be able to see the amount in your eWallet within 1 to 3 working days after completing the process.

Kindly follow steps as below:
  1.  Login to BE4U/BOS
  2. Click on [eWallet withdrawal] and choose [Wallet Type]
  3. Enter the point request for withdrawal
  4. Enter your e-Pin
  5. Click [Next]
Withdrawal from eWallet will take up to 3 working days to process and is subject to an administrative/processing fee of RM10/SGD10/BND10/HKD20/ IDR100,000 respectively per transaction. There is no minimum balance transfer requirement from eWallet to MPay account. However, balance amount in the eWallet must be sufficient including the processing fee to proceed with the withdrawal request. The maximum transfer amount is RM10,000.
No. Bank account number detail must be provided before eWallet transfer can be performed.
Yes. You may update your bank details in the system for the first time only. IBO required to submit CSS to proceed with the next changes.

Kindly login to the BE4U application or our BOS website (https://be4u.beintl.com/ibo/) and click on [eWallet View Transaction Details].

You are required to cancel the transaction and the deducted amount will be refunded to your eWallet account within 24 hours.

D) PRV (PRODUCT REDEMPTION VOUCHER) ​

You may check on the PRV availability either through the BE4U application or via our BOS website. Kindly click on [PRV redemption] button and select status [active].

Please refer to the following terms and conditions:

  • The voucher only valid for 2 months from the issue month
  • The voucher is redeemable for non-promotional products with BV/SV only.
  • Product redeemed by this voucher will not entitle for BV/SV calculation.
  • The voucher is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  • The DP value stated in the voucher is based on the DP value of the IBO registered country and is only allowed to use in the particular country only.
  • If the value of the products exceeds the amount of the voucher, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer. If the value of the products is less than the amount of the voucher, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer.
  • Redemption only opened for selected product and up to a maximum of 2 units only.
  • This is a one-time-use voucher and not allowed for partial redemption or accumulation with other PRV.
  • BE International Marketing (1199078-X) reserves the right to vary and amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

E) SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Kindly obtain the tracking number by following the steps as below:

  1. Login to BE4U/BOS
  2. Click on IBO Purchase
  3. Personal Purchase Listing (For Invoice Owner) / Transaction History (For IBO Who Purchase on Behalf)
  4. Key in the Invoice Number in the “Document No.” column and click [search]
  5. Look for Delivery Status and Click on the [History] button
  6. The tracking number is stated in the “Consignment Note” column

If you have not received the parcel within 3 to 5 days after the tracking number has been updated, you may contact the relevant courier company for their assistance regarding the delivery of your parcel.

If you have not received your order within the normal delivery time, you may contact the relevant courier company for their assistance regarding the delivery of your parcels with the links above.

The delivery will be as usual process but kindly expect delays in delivery time, depending on the local traffic/transportation movement. Please contact our courier service provider (stated at E-2) for latest update.

Malaysia Return Procedure

  1. IBO may lodge the request via Customer Support System (CSS)
  2. Parcel will be returned to the respective BE Office
  3. IBO may collect the parcel at the respective office within 1-month period.
  4. RM10 of processing fees will be imposed for re-delivery and collection.
  5. Once the payment has been made, the receipt of payment must be provided via CSS for us to proceed with the re-delivery.

 

Singapore Return Procedure

  1. IBO may lodge the request via Customer Support System (CSS)
  2. Parcel will be returned to the respective BE Office
  3. IBO may collect the parcel at the respective office within 1-month period.
  4. SGD15 of processing fees will be imposed for re-delivery and collection.
  5. Once the payment has been made, the receipt of payment must be provided via CSS for us to proceed with the re-delivery.

 

Brunei Return Procedure

  1. IBO may lodge the request via Customer Support System (CSS)
  2. Parcel will be returned to the warehouse.
  3. BND15 of processing fees will be imposed for re-delivery.
  4. Once the payment has been made, the receipt of payment must be provided via CSS for us to proceed with the re-delivery.

 

Hong Kong Return Procedure

  1. IBO may lodge the request via Customer Support System (CSS)
  2. Parcel will be kept by the courier service company for 1-month period before returned to the warehouse.
  3. Please take note that storage charges of 1 HKD/KG will be charge daily after 6 days by the courier service company.
  4. HKD60 of processing fees will be imposed for re-delivery and each failed delivery.
  5. Once the payment has been made, the receipt of payment must be provided via CSS for us to proceed with the re-delivery.

 

Indonesia Return Procedure

  1. IBO will receive SMS notification on failed delivery attempt.
  2. Parcel will be kept in Courier Hub for 30 days.
  3. IBO required to request re-delivery and re-delivery will be arranged. Delivery fee will be charge based on location.

There are currently 5 types of payment options available:

  • FPX (Financial Process Exchange) – For Malaysia only;
  • Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard);
  • Debit Cards (Visa & Mastercard);
  • BE eWallet; and
  • MPay Cards

Yes, BE provide 0% interest Easy Payment of selected banks (Public Bank, CIMB and Hong Leong Bank) for walk-in IBO in our Malaysia HQ, Business Centre, or Key-In-Point mobile service operator only.

Currently, we only accept full payment for online purchase. However, we advise you to check with your Card Centre on the availability of such payment method. Any interest incurred will be subject to your credit card issuing bank.

Yes, you may combine eWallet and Visa/Master card payment to make your purchase.

Yes, we do accept international debit or credit card. However, you might need to check with your bank if there is any additional fee incurred by your bank.

G) IBO COMPLIANCE

IBOs are advised to purchase BE products from our BE offices, authorized Business Centres, Key-In-Point mobile service operator, and BE4U application only. BE shall not be held responsible for any products purchased from sources outside of the above-mentioned channels.

IBOs shall strictly adhere to the Rules and Regulations and other documents that comprise the IBO Contract.

H) MPAY​

MPay is a type of credit card which allows you to purchase goods and top-up MPay Wallet.

Any IBO who is holding a Malaysia IBO ID and above 18 years old is eligible except citizen from the countries below:
