IR. Lee Suet Sen, Founder and President of BE International Marketing is a man with extensive knowledge and history in the field of direct marketing. Alongside a team of equally qualified individuals, they constantly adapt to the situation at hand, bringing with them a new take on old philosophies.
These new mindsets served the various IBO’s of BE well over the years. As we celebrate BE International’s 5th Anniversary, with it’s now established team of RCCA’s, we take a look at how this group of extraordinary individuals think to achieve what they currently have.
“To succeed as an IBO (Independent Business Owner) it’s 99% Attitude and 1% Skill.” Said IR. Lee when asked about what is the most important element for succeeding in this field.
Many know this age old adage “Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.” IR. Lee takes it further by breaking it down to what kind of hard work is needed. He states that it is attitude that determines whether the effort we put in will bear fruit. Skills are important yes though they are merely the means by which our attitude carries through. A positive mindset, a clear goal, a willingness to learn, and the will to do what needs to be done are all a part of IR. Lee’s key attitudes to successfully attaining one’s goals.
Speaking of goals, BE’s plan for the next half a decade is quite the ambitious one indeed. Under the name “BE 2.0” IR. Lee and his team aim to have BE International secure a spot as part of the Top 50 MLM companies in the world. The reason for such a lofty goal is rather simple and wholesome, it was chosen as a proof of concept. Proof that BE’s key purpose has always been and will always be for the betterment of our fellow man. Achieving this goal will also serve the secondary purpose of setting BE International as a leading example of the MLM industry’s reliability and sustainability.
With more and more IBO’s joining on a daily basis, and the ever-evolving economic landscape, BE International is also no stranger to adapting to the times. Though the skills and techniques are ever changing, one thing remains constant in IR. Lee’s mind, one thing that he often reminds his IBO’s both old and new to always have, a wild enough dream. To always have a personal dream wild enough to motivate yourselves to give firmness to your steps, and purpose to your actions.
At the end of the day, IR. Lee will always return to one simple motivator for himself, his team, and his IBO’s. To always reflect upon these questions “Are you happy with where you are now? You only live each moment once, and never again. With a resource so precious, are you happy where you are? Or do you want to improve? What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? Plan your actions according to these answers.”
